Disappointed

Not as good as the previous masquintense for thick hair which really moisturised my hair and left it feeling silky, smooth and lightweight with shine. This revamped version does not moisturise my hair as well which is disappointing as the product is very expensive and I expect better results from Kerastase

I do not recommend this product

I recently tried the new formula of this mask, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this product anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back

New formula nowhere near as good

Tried the new formula and so disappointed. I’ve used Kerastase Masquintense for 22 years, and I’m devastated you’ve changed an iconic product. Stock piling the old stuff.

Disappointed

I purchased this masque after using masquintense for thick hair for many many years. This new formulation is horrible! It is nothing like the masque use to be and does not condition my hair in the same way. Why of why Kerastase have you changed the formula???? I will not purchase this again and will now have to go elsewhere to find a product that works because your new formulation is nowhere near as good as the old one.

Dissapointted

I have used this a couple of times and was very dissapointted to find it is very different from masquintense thick hair. The composition and smell are different. It volumises my hair instead of smoothing . It makes my hair fluffy and curly. I will have to find a different product, sadly after using masquintense for many years.
