1. PREPARATION
- Wear suitable disposable gloves.
- Use exclusively with the recommended iNOA oxidants 10, 20 and 30 volume (9%) maximum/ Do not use with hydrogen peroxide greater than 30 volume(9%).
- Use only the indicated proportions.
- Do not use metallic tools(clips, comb,...)
- When a shaker is used, open immediately after mixing to avoid the shaker bursting and the product overflowing.
- Use only with iNOA oxidant. For each application, mix the same amount of iNOA colour and oxidant(mix1+1).
- Mix together with a whisk until a homogenous texture is obtained.
2. APPLICATION
- Apply to root area and, if necessary, the lengths and ends.
- Development time: 35min.
- Please do not add water and development time starts at the end of the root’s application.
- Note: When a white hair mixture is applied to the roots, take through with the reflects shade only.
3. EMULSION AND RINSING
- After the development time, emulsify very gently for a few moments.
- Rinse hair well after the development time.
- Finish with the specific shampoo: iNOA Post or Metal Detox.

New INOA
Love INOA and have always loved it, however the formula is even easier to mix, the new packaging is easier to identify shades, which helps in a busy busy salon. Thanks L’Oréal, I didn’t think it needed an upgrade, but this is next level.

I love the new inoa formula. The consistency is much Better to apply to the hair. The product now rinses out of the hair easy. The colour result is also much better and the shine is incredible

Unpredictable
Coverage not always good,new formula most of the time too dark, so every time color client needs to be changed, consistency always quite liquid.

Inoa new formula
This colour has let me down the n each and every inoa application. For example I always use a 6 and 6.3, it comes out like a 7! It does not cover the white hair - each time I go to use this I have to reassess the colour. Clients are unhappy, which means we have to redo the colour as it is not what they are expecting. It is disappointing as the purpose and colour was fine before these changes were rolled out. I deffinitely prefer the old range.
Due to experiencing the new formula and being unhappy with the results, I am now thinking to change brands as I may aswell use something less expensive
and learn a new brand.

I have found the product isn’t covering grey as well, the product is very watery and I feel like that it isn’t going as far
The colour is a lot more shiny and the hair is softer, clients hair lines aren’t staining as much.
