Product doesn't do what it claims - left hair dry.

Purchased this thinking it would be somewhat similar to previous formula but unfortunately this left my hair dry and brittle. This combined with the Bain Satin shampoo new formula left my hair in poor condition. My hair was in perfect condition before. My hair started tangling and it got very dry and brittle. My hair hasn't quite recovered since stopping use and now I'll need a big haircut. I would only recommend this to my worst enemy.

Major disappointment

I recently tried the new formula of this conditioner, and I have to say it's a major disappointment. I would not recommend this conditioner anymore. I hope they reconsider their decision and bring back the old formula that worked so well. I wish I could get my money back

Lightweight conditioner

One thing I wish is that it would be more conditioning for my fine curly hair - my hair is a bit porous so it drinks quite a lot of product.

Genuinely lovely quality

Hydrating conditioner

Best conditioner for dry and thin hair

Ultra-light

These products arrived on a great time and decided to give it a go. Unfortunately, they are expensive - compared to a supermarket brand - but they are so so worth it. I use all 4 products and my hair felt soft, light weight and so much easier to comb. Love it.

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll add context by saying that I am a bit of a sceptic with most hair products, particularly those that claim to address split ends, having used many over the years that have done a whole lot of nothing. Reading the ingredients, I truthfully thought this was going to be another one of those products, and I put off trialling it to write this review because mentally, I'd already written it off as not working. I finally gave it a go, and to my dismay, the condition of my hair felt significantly better from the first use. Three uses later and my husband even commented on it, saying "your hair looks better than it has in years, what have you done to it?". I can't quite believe it, but it's become a staple in my hair routine and I can feel the difference every time I use it. It feels like my hair is finally recovering. The smell is honestly pretty awful to me though, so that is one downside. I have been using the conditioner in combination with the shampoo and serum (which also actually work), so I do imagine some of the hair condition improvement is related to these products, and I can't be sure that the combination isn't what is having the effect over the conditioner in isolation. I did however try using the shampoo and conditioner alone, and observed a noticeable improvement when I added the serum into the routine too, so I do believe the serum goes beyond what the shampoo and conditioner can do. The serum also follows nicely after the shampoo and conditioner as it helps to get rid of the awful smell. I was kindly gifted this by Kérastase in exchange for a review, and I'm adding this as a disclaimer in the interest of honesty, however I will be repurchasing with my own money when I run out. I hope that my review doesn't come across forced as I certainly wasn't manipulated or told in any way to leave a positive review by Kérastase; I genuinely can't praise this product enough. A miracle product for me, and one I absolutely believe is worth the price tag.

excellent for hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hairdresser first told me about this and inititally I used it religiously - I have bleached hair and I daily use either straighteners or curling wand. I knew it was good but it didn't realise how good until I stopped using it for a couple of months. One rather drastic haircut later and I am now back to using it every time I wash my hair again. I have tried a fair few other similar products in the past and find that they can sometimes weigh my hair down a bit or make it go greasy more quickly but this doesn't. It is expensive but lasts for ages as you only need a small amount each time.

AMAZING SO BLESSED

Silky smooth and detangled finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a regular user of hair conditioner as it tends to clogg up in my hair and scalp without giving the moisturising properties. However this is a light-weight conditioner that offers fabulous silky and smooth finish to my hair especially using if after the Nutritive shampoo. The light consistency allows me to comb the conditioner easily through my hair without the product getting clumped up. My only criticism would be that it's simply not as nourishing as a hair mask would offer. Nevertheless this is a great hair conditioner for fine and dry hair owners!

Honestly amazing!

It feels really lightweight on my hair and doesn’t make it feel greasy like most products do. I have fine, dry hair that also gets greasy very quickly so I normally struggle finding products that don’t make my hair greasy or weigh it down but this product has done the opposite! I am very impressed and will definitely be purchasing in the future. The only downside is that I couldn’t find any information about it not being tested on animals on the bottle. Hopefully this is something that they can consider in the future.
