Q: What are your clients looking for?  

A: My clients are always looking for zero compromise on hair, for them its about ultimate condition, maximum shine and most importantly, longevity. So, if hair is in great condition and we’re using products that create that you’ll have hair colours that last for longer as well.

A: The business of glossing colour is something that really excites me as a hairdresser and salon owner. A fantastic way to recruit those Gen Z gloss obsessed clients. Hyaluronic glossing can be offered as an express service to drive client frequency in between appointments, offered as a top up gloss or used to refresh and add shine to the lengths.  

Q: What are your favourite shades for a Hyaluronic glossing service? 

A: It has to be 5,8 or anything that adds tone to the hair and fantastic way to refresh a brunette.  

Q: What is your go-to shade for the Hyaluronic Refreshing service? 

A: I love the beautiful copper shades – I have to say the 7.43 is a brilliant shade for refreshing copper but in a light and delicate way.  

Q: What are your Top 3 toning shades and why? 

A: I love working with lighter shades 10,02 and 10,32 for toning and also working with shades like a 10.24 a brilliant way of creating something that is very pastel and soft and mixing with boosters to enhance and intensify as well. 

Q: If you had one Top tip, what is it?
