Does the opposite of what it claims

This confitioner (used together with shampoo and hair milk spray from the same range) sadly does exactly the opposite of what it claims. I normally have very fine, smooth and shiny hair with my usual hair care routine, but after using gloss absolu a couple of times, my hair is very matte, puffy and what is the most worrying - very frizzy. I am very disappointed with the results for the price.

Great as a set

This conditioner is great - but not fantastic. I feel it works best in combination with the shampoo from the same line. It smells divine and doesn’t weigh my very thin Scandi bleached hair down. That’s a major plus. My hair needs a tad more moisture, but this conditioner glosses the hair; it’s not a thirst quencher

Not for me

I really wanted to love this range but it left my fine wavy hair as flat as a pancake and totally lacking in body. It smells fabulous though.

Great shampoo & conditioner - but change the lid

Really like this product on my hair, but find the lid to both the shampoo and the conditioner a bit of a chore .....spilled some of it on the shower floor while trying to get the kids back on...too expensive to just rinse down the drain.....also conditioner seems to be out of stock every time I check the website

So disappointed

I was excited to try it but it makes my hair dry and straw like, l don’t understand, gloss enhancing? Used many Kerastase products always have some in the bathroom. Feel like wasted money for me this one. :(

Made my hair worse!

I was really expecting great results from this conditioner after using Genesis, Premier & blonde fondants previously… but boy was I so wrong, it made my hair a mass of static flyaway uncontrollable mess and was fuzzy and unkempt the following day - yes it was soft but that was all . Unfortunately a waste of money as I cannot use again!

Hair feels so shiny and silky.

My frizzy, dull hair feels do much more tameable, and has a beautiful shine to it. It felt extremely luxurious, but did leave my hair feeling a teeny bit greasy (maybe just not used to my hair not feeling dry and damaged!)

The Kérastase Gloss Absolu Fondant Insta Glaze Conditioner is a new favourite of mine! The bottle is absolutely beautiful, it looks very feminine and premium. Kérastase Absolu Conditioner is seriously fantastic! From the moment I started using it, I could feel the difference. Makes your hair shiny!!

This is my first time using Kerastase brand, I was really pleased with this product and how it made my hair feel after using it. My hair was soft and very shiny afterwards. I will definitely be continuing to use this product at least once a week. The only downside is the price.

Amazing conditioner

It's a rich and creamy texture and feels like it immediately absorbs into the hair to deeply condition it, and when it's rinsed out the hair seems much smoother and softer. My hair overall looks much healthier, more glossy and shinier since using the Gloss Absolu range. The smell is fresh and soothing, and not overpowering. My only slight criticism of the conditioner is the need to towel dry hair before applying and leave in before rinsing.

Well worth it!

Initially when the product arrived I thought the bottle didn’t seem so big but what I didn’t realise is just how little product you need. I found it best to work a small amount through the lengths and ends of my hair and then used a comb to work the product through evenly. The smell is so good and my hair feels so soft and noticeably less frizzy - even when using heat to style!! I’m unsure of the price as this is a product test, I know Kérastase products are more luxurious and pricier, my advice is… if you can afford it - buy it!

Super silky frizz free hair!

Well this is an absolute 10/10 for me. I have long wavy hair and the top layer is ALWAYS frizzy when it dries, regardless of whether it's air dried or hair dryer dried. This conditioner has changed this! My hair feels smooth to the touch and soft and healthy! It doesn't cause my hair to get greasy quicker and doesn't leave a coating on my hair. Honestly I’m quite disappointed. I was looking forward to having some shine to my hair but instead it’s dull and lifeless. Family and friends have also commented on how dull my hair is looking so unfortunately I won’t be adding it to my weekly routine. It does smell amazing though!

The glossiest, frizz free hair ever!

I’m so pleased with this conditioner! I love a conditioner that leaves my hair feeling nourished which I’m pleased to say that this does. I have quite curly and very frizzy hair which sometimes can be quite unmanageable, especially being a new mum and not having as much time as I used to for styling my hair. This conditioner left my hair feeling glossy, soft and without frizz when styled or when left to air dry. It’s beautifully scented too leaving your hair smelling like roses and the scent lasts on your hair for a few days. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the packaging as when you have wet hands it’s a struggle to take the lid off and put it back on while holding the conditioner. I am definitely converted and will be trying other products by this brand!

No wow factor

I love the sleek shiny new packaging. The conditioner was used following washing my hair with Kérastase shampoo. Every strand of my hair was thoroughly conditioned and remained frizz free. The direction say to use on towel tried hair which is a bit difficult when in the bath/shower. It does have a lovely scent even after drying and straightening but I did find my hair lacked the volume that I would usually get.

I have been using this conditioner for a couple of weeks now, and it has given me an amazing result. My biggest concern was frizziness and dryness as I colour my hair regularly. This conditioner has helped me tackle both concerns. The ingredients hyaluronic acid and wild rose oil helped hydrate the hair leaving it feeling soft and nourished. Miracle in a bottle

So again this was tried on afro textured long hair. Again I wasn’t really keen on the scent of the conditioner more a perfume fragrance and trying to rescrew the lid on with one hand (other hand has conditioner in it) is a little fiddly. This was like magic in my hair! Usually it takes me a long time to detangle but with this it was a breeze and for the first time in my life I used a small amount of conditioner and it seemed to evenly spread thought out my hair! I tried this with my hair styled with my natural Afro curl my hair was that soft I resembled a cotton wool ball. On my next wash I blow dried and straightened my hair and OMG the shine. My hair is always super dry and frizzy and for the first time ever my hair was super soft, moisturised and shiny! It also stayed straight a lot longer than it ever has as my hair tends to revert back to curl quite quickly. This as also tried on my daughter long highlighted damaged wavy hair and her how now looks so much healthier! 100% recommend

Did not disappoint!

This conditioner is really lovely, it hasn’t left my hair flat like a lot of conditioners do. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The smell is lovely and I’ve had lots of comments about how healthy my hair looks!

lovely scent and great quality

This conditioner smells lovely and made my hair feel great after the first wash. It did help to smooth away any frizz and my hair felt well moisturized after use. I used this with the matching shampoo - I would re-purchase them both, though they are a little bit on the pricey side as my hair is very long - still, the higher quality is reflected in the higher price and I enjoyed using them.

Best conditioner ever!

This is genuinely the best conditioner I have ever used. When following the instructions of leaving it in for 5-6 minutes before rinsing out, it makes for super soft and smooth hair! This works great with the glaze oil drops and left me wanting to touch my hair constantly because it left it feeling amazing. I have very long hair and this also helped to reduce the amount of knots, even on a windy day!

Salon Smooth

I was absolutely delighted to receive this conditioner treatment as I have been struggling with coarse ends and frizz. This product combined with the shampoo and glaze oil drops in the same range, it does feel like I have been pampered. My hair genuinely felt like it had been cleaned, treated and cut fresh from the hairdressers even after the first wash. It feels lighter, cleaner and is definitely more shiny. Luxurious product with a gorgeous smell!

Luxurious conditioner

A very conditioning treatment. Smells lovely and leaves hair feeling clean, smooth and in great condition. A little goes a long way so feel that the product would last a long time even on long hair. It is slightly inconvenient to have to unscrew the lid and find somewhere to put it whilst having wet hands but still a great product.

Gloss conditioner

Great conditioner which made my hair look shiny and glossy - even my husband noticed! I used this with the shampoo and oil too so would recommend using all three together. The rose oil makes the conditioner smell lovely, and the smell of my hair was lovely too. Would highly recommend if you want nice shiny hair!

I love the smell of conditioner. My hair feels smooth when I’m touching, no frizz. Helps detangle hair after wash. Hair looks healthy and shiny. You need to use only little bit to work great. Hair are light and bouncy

Smells divine!

First off this smells absolutely gorgeous - it's a really lovely powdery rose scent. It feels luxurious to use it, like you're at a spa. It also made my hair feel really sleek and lush, I couldn't stop running my fingers through it and sniffing it. However, I have quite fine hair that gets oily quickly, and my hair did feel quite weighed down. I think if you have thicker hair this would probably work really well for you, but if you're looking more volume or your hair gets greasy in a day or two this is probably not the one. Which is a shame for me because it smells so good!!

Amazing !

I received it for free from the Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest opinion. I use the whole set of shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. I have been using it for some time now and I wash my hair every day and after using the shampoo I apply this conditioner and leave it on my hair for a few minutes. I'm very positively surprised by this product. My hair seems smooth, my hair doesn't frizz anymore (even in rainy weather), shiny and nourished after using these products. I highly recommend.

No improvement so far

I received this product to test courtesy of Home Testers Club. I tested it alongside the shampoo and hair oil. I found the Conditioner to be runnier that the product I usually use. I am not a fan of the scent but it is a clean smell that I would expect to smell in a salon. I have noticed that my hair is nice and glossy but I haven't noticed an improvement in the condition of my hair yet. Maybe the condition would improve with regular use so I am willing to carry on using it for now.

Kérastase gloss absolu conditioner

Wow! What an amazing product. This is without a doubt the best conditioner I have ever used. The smell is gorgeous, it glides onto the hair with ease. You can feel the silky soft texture. When you was the conditioner out your hair is left silky smooth and once dry is shiny with no frizz!
