Eligibility:

Entrants must:

• Be a resident in the UK or ROI and aged 18+.
• Throughout the Promotion Period, own or be employed by a salon in the UK or ROI which has a valid L'Oréal salon stockist account on the L'Oréal Partner Shop.
• Have internet access.
• Have a valid passport enabling them to travel internationally in February 2027.
• Be available for at least three days in February 2027 to redeem the trip (with all three individuals from the winning salon needing to travel together and take the trip to Paris at the same time).

If entering as an employee of a qualifying salon, entrants must:

• Obtain the prior consent of the owner(s) of the salon to enter the Promotion; and
• Remain employed by the salon throughout the full Promotion Period.

How To Enter Requirements:

• For your chance to win, (a) use your salon's L'Oréal salon stockist account on the L'Oréal Partner Shop; and (b) spend, on L'Oréal Professionnel products in a single transaction: (i) £500 or more to get 1 entry; (ii) £1000 or more to get 3 entries; or (iii) over £1,500 to get 5 entries, during the Promotion Period. Purchases made at any third party retailer stores are not eligible for entry to this Promotion.
• Multiple qualifying purchases permitted (but each individual purchase must meet the minimum purchase value thresholds to be eligible for entries and the number of entries will depend on the highest threshold the transaction meets).
• By making a qualifying purchase in accordance with the How to Enter Requirements above, entrants agree to be automatically entered into the Promotion and to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

PRIZE DETAILS

Major Prize:

One (1) winning salon will be selected at random from all eligible entries made by qualifying transactions made by the owner(s) and employee(s) of that salon during the Promotion Period.

The winning salon will win:

• A two night trip to Paris for three adults (who must own or be employed at the winning salon and are to be selected by the salon owner) on dates in February 2027 of the winning salon owner's choosing, which includes:
  • Economy class Eurostar tickets from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord or economy class return flights from major international airports in the UK or ROI to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for the three adults chosen by the winning salon owner to redeem the prize, each of whom must travel together;
  • Return transfers in Paris between the airport or station and the hotel;
  • Two nights' stay at a 4 star hotel of the Promoter’s choice in single occupancy rooms with breakfast;
  • A trip to Le Visionnaire;
  • A 1-hour private guided tour of Paris in a chauffeur-driven vintage car;
  • Eiffel Tower admission tickets (including elevator access to the summit) subject to availability; and
  • Dinner and drinks at restaurants in Paris on each night of the stay worth up to €100 per person per day.
• Prize excludes all transfers, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, excursions and incidental expenses incurred in the general use and enjoyment of the prize other than those expressly stated as included.
• All travel included in the prize will be booked by the Promoter on a winner's behalf.
• All individuals redeeming the prize must remain as an owner or employee of the winning salon at the time of redeeming the prize. Prizes are not transferable to any individuals who do not own or work at the winning salon.

DRAW DETAILS

Prize Draw Date: 18 December 2026

Notification of Winner:

• The winner will be selected at random by Promoter from all eligible entries received before the Entry Closing Date on the Prize Draw Date and will be announced at a Pro-Live livestream event held at 13:00 on 11th January 2027 on the L'Oreal Partner Shop website. The winner will also be notified via the email address connected to their L'Oréal salon stockist account.
• The winner will be asked to provide preferred dates and times for travel, restaurant bookings and the activities included in the 'Prize Details' section above, and relevant personal details of the individuals redeeming the prize, to enable fulfilment of the prize and allow the Promoter to book the train/flight tickets, hotel accommodation, activities and meals for the delivery of the prize.
• If the winner does not respond to the Promotor within 3 weeks of being notified of their winning entry to provide the further details requested, the Promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to an alternative entrant selected at random from all eligible entrants to the Promotion.

DELIVERY

Prize Delivery: Please allow up to three weeks from the date a winner supplies the requested details for delivery of their prize and travel details.

General Terms and Conditions

Entry and eligibility

1. Entries must be received and relevant purchases must be made between the Entry Open Date and the Entry Closing Date.
2. Promoter’s (or any of Promoter's group companies') employees, their immediate family, and the employees and immediate family of any third party directly associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
3. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid. Proof of complying with the How to Enter Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry. Promoter are not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.
4. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be valid.
5. Any entries which do not comply with the How to Enter Requirements, or which contain any third party intellectual property without prior informed consent from the rights holder, or which contain any abusive, inappropriate, offensive or obscene language or imagery will be disqualified.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants to prove that they are eligible to enter the Promotion.
7. The relevant salon must be trading and fully compliant with L’Oréal (UK) Limited’s conditions of sale and credit terms.

Prize fulfilment and disqualification

8. Prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
9. A winner forfeits their prize if within 3 weeks of being notified they do not respond or provide requested details.
10. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant that could bring Promoter into disrepute.
11. Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
12. Promoter may publish winner surnames and counties of residence per standard advertising regulations.

Conditions of travel

13. Nature and timing of travel to and from Paris will be determined and booked by the Promoter.
14. Tickets are non-reissuable once booked.
15. Winners are responsible for visas, legal travel requirements, and personal subsistence.
16. Passports must have at least 6 months validity on date of departure.
17. Promoter is not responsible for missed or cancelled transport.
18. Promoter is not responsible if a winner is denied access to transport, hotel or venue.
19. Incidentals must be settled directly before departure.
20. Personal trip extensions are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Promotional Activity relating to the Promotion

21. Entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity for the Promotion.

Personal Information

22. Personal details must be truthful and accurate.
23. Data will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

24. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
