This oil-powered developer formula achieves a perfect consistency for controlled and precise applications. It is calibrated to work with BlondiQ™ 9+ and BlondiQ™ 8 bleach to achieve the highest level of lift across all hair types and textures.

Instructions for use: For use with BlondiQ™ 9+ and BlondiQ™ 8 bleach only. Directions: Follow the instructions on BlondiQ™ 9+ and BlondiQ™ 8 bleach package. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.

 

Wear suitable disposable gloves. Mix product in a well-ventilated area. Put the recommended amount of BlondiQ™ 9+ and BlondiQ™ 8 bleach and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 10V (3%) 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved. Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
